This is our original Yo!Fit class suitable for all fitness levels - beginners to advanced. Exercise progression and complexity are kept at a comfortable level across the course to ensure a great workout for all.

This is our developed Yo!Fit  class now called Yo!Fit Power! Suitable for intermediate to advanced exercisers. We progress the structure and complexity of  the class each week pushing you beyond your limits to reveal your true Power! We of course welcome beginners if this is the only class that will suit but we advise you to listen to your body and choose the right variation of each exercise. We can guide you in class also.

Prices

€90 for 6 weeks, 1 class per week

€152 for 6 weeks, 2 classes per week

Drop-in rate is €13 per class or €5 if you have booked and paid in advance for 2 classes per week.

Prices are discounted for Ocean Fitness members.

Booking policy: courses must be booked in advance and all classes must be used before the end of each course.

 

Prepare

 

 

Hydrate well (everyday) and avoid eating a heavy meal within 90 minutes of class. Go to our Nutrition section for ideas on what to eat before and after our classes.

All our classes cater for varying fitness levels.  We also cater for those who are new to exercise or just starting back into exercise with exercise modifications during class. Please work to your level of fitness and follow our guidance.
