Our new Yo!Fit course will set your body and mind on the right road towards a healthier and stronger you for the new year ahead. We have set ourselves a challenge to be bolder and more daring for you with our exercise selection this year!
As well as giving your body a complete workout, in this course we are going to focus on stretching and strengthening the sides of our bodies. So if you have weak and tight ITBs, quads, hips, lower back, neck and shoulders, this is the course for you. New, fun and energising interval training exercises guaranteed as usual!
