Well here is our Yo!Fit Greatest HIT List 2016/17 to keep you going. It is the best of all our sequences for the last year. We did it in our classes last week. Roll out your mat, grab some weights, kick off your shoes and socks, put on some pumping music and let's get going!
Warm-up: 5 rounds of any Sun Salutation gradually increasing the pace with each round - for sample YO!Fit Sun Salutations go to our Yo!Fit Ireland YouTube Channel
HIIT: 30 seconds of each exercise with a 10 seconds rest in between - give it loads!
- Monkey Jumps
- Chair burbees
- Tip-toe squats
- Get-up planks
- 1-legged downward dog and knee tuck
- Side raise and front kick
Strength: 10 reps of each x 3 sets - if you don't have weights, water or bigger milk cartons with handles or water bottles filled with sand will do nicely.
- Shoulder press and kick
- Lunge and overhead tricep extension
- Plank alternate row on or off knees
- Static overhead hold kneeling to standing
- Dumbbell crossover punch sit up
- Glute raise and lateral pullover
Yoga Posture: Hold for 5 slow breaths
- Twisted Prayer Lunge
- Cow Faced Pose
- Reverse Plank

5 minutes Sivasana - return to your belly breathing and do a relaxing body scan
