Sometimes it can be hard to keep a regular routine of exercise as the days get darker and colder. It is easy to get caught in a rut of not doing anything and telling yourself that you will start again in January.
Well let Yo!Fit bring a little winter sparkle to the situation and help you get to the other side of Christmas feeling fit, strong and healthy.
We have exercises to keep your posture strong as we huddle against the cold, to lift your metabolic rate which keeps your body generally warmer, to lengthen and strengthen your back, to shape your arms and legs (if you are thinking about your Christmas party wear!) and to give your core that well needed stability and strength. Finally, to top it all off, we encourage self-awareness so that you arrive at the busy Christmas period with a relaxed and calm mindset.
