Yo!Fit Nutrition & Exercise Plan - Day 7

Breakfast

1 pint of half boiling water half cold water with squeeze of lemon

Breakfast smoothie:

Handful of Spinach, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of nut butter, 250ml of almond milk, 1 tsp of Spirulina (if available), 1 scoop of plant based protein powder, 50g of berries

Tea/herbal tea/Coffee


Snack

 


Lunch

Sipping 500ml water throughout morning

2 pieces of fruit


250ml of water

Sunday roast – ½ plate of veg, ¼ plate of protein option, 2 small roast potatoes

Herbal tea and stewed fruit and 1 tbsp of natural yogurt or homemade custard made with half the sugar outlined on the package


Dinner

250ml of water

2 egg omlette with lots of veg and a side mixed salad with 2 tblsp of vineagrette dressing

 


Herbal tea and 1 piece of fruit


At least 1 hour activity with partner/kids/group – hiking, swimming, cycle

 


20 minute guided relaxation
